About the role
This role is all about facilitating customer connections to our electricity network. It’s about communication, solution finding and safety leadership, but above all it’s about our customer. The key to success in this role will be understanding what your customers need and helping them to navigate Orion, statutory and regulatory requirements to achieve the best possible outcome. Your proven track record in client facing roles and your ability to build strong and trusting relationships with customers and colleagues is second to none. You operate with integrity in everything you do and will naturally identify with our company values, “Connect, Create, Collaborate”. You possess excellent communication skills and your solutions based approach will see you delivering outcomes and meeting deadlines effortlessly. While an electrical background would be advantageous, it is not essential. More important will be your ability to communicate technical information in a customer focused manner.
